At Flaunt, we care about your satisfaction. If something is not quite right, we will make the return or exchange process clear and simple.
Return window
You can request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale, accessories, swimwear, intimate apparel for hygiene reasons, or products that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use.
How to request a return
Email sales@Flaunt.com.kw or WhatsApp +965 9724 2939 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and share the next steps.
Return shipping
Unless the item received was defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use secure packaging and a trackable delivery method when returning items.
Refunds
Once the return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Size, color, or item exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty or incorrect items will be reviewed and resolved by the Flaunt support team.
