Delivery area
Delivery availability, shipping options, and shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment is completed. If a destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing the order.
Order processing
Ready-to-ship items are prepared after order confirmation and payment approval. Pre-order products follow the delivery timing shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Pre-orders
If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline is displayed on the product page. If an order includes both ready items and pre-order items, we may ship the order together according to the longest timeline unless we contact you with another option.
Customer responsibility
Please make sure the delivery address, phone number, and contact details are correct at checkout. Delivery delays can happen if information is incomplete or unreachable.
